Equidad, diversidad e inclusión
ADHO se compromete con el establecimiento de una conversación dinámica con la comunidad de humanidades digitales en todo tema relacionado con la equidad, la diversidad y la inclusión. Apoyamos los esfuerzos continuos por combatir el racismo sistémico y estructural, así como toda forma de discriminación y marginalización. Entre nuestras iniciativas, contamos con el Comité de Multilingüismo y Multiculturalismo, encargado de desarrollar y promover políticas en torno a la inclusión lingüística y cultural. La Fuerza de Trabajo para la Inclusión Interseccional (2022-2024) de ADHO se encarga de atender cuestiones de discriminación racial e injusticia social. Asimismo, nuestro Comité Coordinador de Conferencias ha creado un Código de Conducta con el objetivo de asegurar un ambiente seguro, respetuoso y colegial durante nuestras conferencias para beneficio de toda la comunidad.

Statement on Black Lives Matter, Structural Racism, and Establishment Violence

The Alliance of Digital Humanities Organizations (ADHO) states publicly, directly, and specifically that Black Lives Matter; that we stand in solidarity with people around the world protesting against structural racism and other forms of oppression and discrimination; and that we recognize that we have work to do in our own digital humanities communities in order to become fully anti-racist and non-discriminatory organizations.
